Who we are, how we work on tasks

You set the priorities and make the key business decisions. The team plans and carries out the work within the chosen plan.

Roles on the team

How work is split within the team

Coordination

Priorities and workflow

We gather the current tasks, decide what gets done first, and clarify the materials, access, and dependencies involved. Ongoing questions and sign-offs run through a single shared work channel.

Content and advertising

Social media, video, and advertising

We prepare copy, design, short videos, and creatives, adapt material for the agreed channels, publish content, and manage ad campaigns within the plan.

Technical side

Websites, forms, and integrations

We build and update pages and websites, set up forms, CRM, and connections between services. For systems the team has taken on, we also provide the technical support included in the plan.

Illia BizTech team discussing tasks and priorities for the monthly work

The client decides what matters most for the business right now and makes the key decisions. The team clarifies the task, gets the necessary materials and access, and carries out the agreed work within the monthly scope of the plan.

Work over the course of the month

Tasks get done according to agreed priorities

We define the next tasks

We look at what needs to be done first and what outcome is needed for each task.

We gather materials and access

Before work begins, we clarify the details and get everything needed from the client. That can mean copy, photos, or access to the website, ad account, or another service.

We carry out the agreed work

The team takes the task into work and delivers finished results as it goes. Smaller changes usually take 2-5 business days once the necessary materials and access have been received.

We reorder tasks when needed

If something more important comes up for the business, the next task can be swapped within the remaining scope for the month. If the scope has already been used up, we plan the new task for the following month or agree on it separately.

Illia BizTech works with companies and self-employed professionals in Germany. Illia Belichenko is responsible for websites, systems, integrations, and the technical side. Alina Belichenko is responsible for social media, short videos, visual material, and ad creatives. The work is structured as ongoing support within the chosen monthly plan. The client sets business priorities, provides the necessary material, and makes the key decisions, while the team is responsible for the agreed execution. That makes it possible to handle connected tasks continuously — for example, managing content and advertising at the same time, and, when needed, changing the website, the inquiry form, or how inquiries get passed into the CRM.

Illia BizTech's technical work can include building new websites and developing existing projects on WordPress, WooCommerce, Joomla, Nuxt, Vue, React, Next.js, Strapi, and other CMS and web technologies. Depending on the project, we work with JavaScript, TypeScript, frontend and backend development, REST APIs, webhooks, CRM, online booking, forms, notifications, and integrations with third-party services. If a company already has a website, CMS, or CRM, switching to a different system isn't automatically required — we first check the existing setup and see what can reasonably keep being used. On the content side, we prepare copy, design, carousels, Reels, short videos, and ad material for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other agreed channels. For customer acquisition, we can use Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other suitable ad platforms, targeted to a specific city, region, or audience in Germany. Where it makes sense, these areas are connected — for example, ads lead to a dedicated landing page, the form passes the inquiry into the CRM, and photos and video from a shoot get used both on social media and in ad creatives.
