How to spread it out One well-planned shoot day, with enough raw footage and a range of shots, can genuinely supply six to ten weeks of posts, not just the one week right after the shoot. A single filmed scene actually yields several formats, the same clip can work as a short vertical Reel, a few frames as a carousel, one pulled-out line as a plain text post, and a longer cut for a platform that tolerates more length, four different posts from one moment on camera. Practical shot-list discipline during the shoot itself, deliberately filming a few extra angles and a few seconds of pure b-roll beyond what one planned post needs, that margin is exactly what later becomes weeks four through eight.
