Posting frequency works together with quality, not instead of it. Two strong Reels a week that genuinely answer a question the audience has or show something real from the company's work almost always bring more views and enquiries than five videos rushed out just to fill a calendar. Irregular posting is worse than rare but steady posting. An account that puts out ten Reels in a row and then goes silent for a month loses the small momentum of attention it had built, and the algorithm has a harder time figuring out who to keep showing that account to. Production time is worth counting honestly. A good Reel usually needs an idea, a shoot and an edit, and if that whole process takes several hours while the business only has two or three hours a week available, it makes more sense to post every two or three days than to stretch thin for a daily post that ends up low quality. Fewer posts work better in two situations. When a business has a narrow audience that does not scroll the feed every day, and when every Reel carries a specific point rather than existing purely for presence. Finding the right pace comes down to two questions. How much time can realistically go into filming and editing each week, not in theory but in practice, and how many topics genuinely exist to show something new rather than repeating the same thing in different words. If the topics and time support five Reels a week without losing quality, five Reels a week works.
