Physical presence is only needed on shoot days at the business's location, a few times a month, everything else, editing, captions, publishing schedule, analytics, does not require the team to be in the same city. For a small business in the Oberlausitz this widens the real options, instead of choosing among the handful of agencies physically based in Görlitz or Zittau, a business can work with a team from anywhere in Saxony or further, as long as filming logistics are agreed clearly in advance. In practice shoot days get batched into one or two visits covering a month of content, rather than a weekly visit, which keeps travel realistic for a remote team and predictable for the business. Before hiring a remote team it is worth checking whether it shows work examples for businesses of a similar size and type, not just a generic portfolio, since content strategy for a trade business and for a café look very different. Response time on comments and messages matters more to an audience than the team's location, a remote team with a clearly agreed response time serves the audience just as well as a local one. In this region language matters more than the team's location, a team that writes natural German copy, and given the nearby border sometimes Polish too, serves a Saxon audience regardless of which city the team itself sits in. A remote or nationally-operating team is not automatically cheaper because of this, but it is not a compromise either, result quality does not depend on the address, it depends on how well the shoot logistics are planned.
