They do not know whether the child is ready for regular lessons, how long a lesson should be, or which teacher to go to. An adult beginner brings a worry of their own. Starting from scratch at thirty or forty is awkward, and people look for signs that they will be taken seriously. Every question like that left unanswered on the site turns into an email or a closed tab. Language was a difficulty of its own. Some families speak Russian at home while the child studies in English at school. Every discipline has its own entry level and its own goal. Both teachers are named. Mykhailo covers violin, guitar and ensemble, Nataliia covers piano, theory and harmony. Alongside each one it says which students they work with and what they prepare for, so parents choose knowingly. A separate section shows the studio itself. For a parent that answers the question of where they are taking their child. The questions section covers what usually goes into a first email.
