At one of our roughly 20 locations, there's been a clear mismatch for over ten days between what's set in the management account and what actually shows up in Google Search and Google Maps. In the account, everything shows green and is marked as verified.

In public search, though, the old, outdated phone number keeps showing, as if the change never took effect at all.

What could cause a mismatch like this between the backend and what customers actually see?
