# A customer list from 2022 is ignored with no notice at all

Nothing was deleted, and the campaign behaves as though the list were absent.

We uploaded a customer list in 2022 and have not touched it since. It is still in the account and assigned to a campaign.

Since the spring of 2026 the campaign behaves as though the list did not exist. I have found no warning anywhere.

A customer list expires from the inside, and it does so quietly. Membership of a record lasts five hundred and forty days. Where fewer than a hundred members are added or refreshed within that window, the list runs out with nobody clicking anything. Your 2022 list has now been through that window more than twice.

Two further thresholds account for the rest. Serving on the Search Network requires at least one hundred active users within the last thirty days. That rule covers only lists uploaded or refreshed after 1 February 2024, and older holdings remain bound by the earlier, higher requirement. An old holding is measured more strictly than a new one.

A third condition has nothing to do with the age of the list. Under manual bidding these lists are not drawn on at all, however well maintained they are.

Check in this order, the date of the last upload first, then the match count in the account, then the campaign's bidding setting. Bringing the list back means a recurring upload in a calendar, which is the sort of standing item [Illia BizTech](https://illia-biztech.de/en/) carries.
