Our business is based in Freiberg, about thirty kilometers from Chemnitz. For months we've had Chemnitz set as a service area in our Google profile, since a good share of our jobs already come from there.

When someone searches for our service together with 'Chemnitz,' our listing almost never shows up, neither in the map view nor in the regular list below it. In Freiberg itself, everything works as expected.

Does the service area need to be set up differently somehow, or is the problem somewhere else?
