We checked ourselves, our actual reviews are almost entirely positive. The problems described in that summary sound more like a different shop with a similar name in another city, which we found online. A plastics retailer had a competitor's reviews copied word for word into its AI summary, while in the same discussion a hotel's summary invented a complaint about dirty bedding that had never existed at all. A normal review list shows every voice individually, one bad review barely registers among many good ones. An AI summary does the opposite, one blanket verdict with no sources visible to the reader. Correcting it runs through the feedback option right under the summary, though in the case above weeks passed with no resolution.
