# Website, Google profile and Instagram all say different things

Three places, three versions of our services. Which one does an AI system take?

We are a landscaping firm. While tidying up we noticed that our services are described differently in three places. The website names four areas, the Google Business Profile three, and on Instagram there is still wording from the year we started.

This grew over the years. Which of the three do we now declare correct, and what happens to the other two?

The system picks one, and it does not tell you which. When several sources describe the same company differently, one of the versions usually ends up in the answer. No provider discloses how it gets picked.

Which of the three is correct is not for the system to settle, though. That call is yours, and we would go with the website. It is the most detailed of the three, and it is the only one you own.

Tidying up takes less time here than any optimisation afterwards. Write the four areas out cleanly once and carry exactly those wordings into all three channels. Same order, same words, no creative variation.

Only after that is a measurement worth anything, because before it merely mirrors the contradiction. Once the three agree, the [AI visibility report](https://illia-biztech.de/en/ki-sichtbarkeitsbericht) shows what the answers look like.

Services sit in three places worded slightly differently, because they grew apart over the years. The website names four areas, the Google Business Profile three, the social account still carries the old text. When the sources contradict each other, one of them ends up in the answer, and no provider discloses how it gets picked.

Reconciling them takes less time than any optimisation afterwards. The services are written out cleanly once and carried into every channel in the same order and with the same words. A measurement taken before that only mirrors the contradiction and says little about how a customer sees the business.
