# After a corrected typo in the business name the listing went back into verification

One small correction sent the whole entry back for review.

Our joinery has been verified since 2023\. In August 2026 we corrected two transposed letters in the business name, nothing else.

Since then the listing is back in verification and cannot be found in search. What we are offered is a video call.

Re-verification is usually triggered by a change the business makes itself, and the name is the classic trigger. From the reviewer's point of view a changed name means a different business at the same address until the opposite is shown.

Being offered a video call is not accidental either. The method is assigned, it depends on the type of business, the region and the opening hours, and you cannot pick it. Waiting for a postcard when a video has been assigned is waiting for nothing.

One scheduling detail sits on the same page and is usually missed. Live video calls happen only within your location's opening hours, so a slot outside those hours never comes about at all.
