# Site corrected, ChatGPT still gives the old details

The change has been live for three weeks. Two systems have it. One does not.

We corrected our opening hours and two services on the website three weeks ago. Gemini and AI Mode give the new version. ChatGPT is still on the old one.

For a garage, wrong opening hours are not a detail. Is there something else I should be doing here, or is this simply a matter of time?

A bit of both. The systems draw on sources of different ages, and no date exists by which a change would have landed everywhere.

Two things are still within your reach. The first is the old version sitting somewhere else, in a trade directory, in an abandoned profile, or in a PDF on your own site. While it is there, it stays findable. The second is where the correction goes, which probably makes a difference. A page that already gets opened and linked to stands a better chance of being read again.

After that all you can do is measure. Word for word, what the services say about you today goes into the [AI visibility report](https://illia-biztech.de/en/ki-sichtbarkeitsbericht), and those transcripts are what you hold the next answer against.

A correction on your own website does not reach AI systems at the same time. They rest on sources of different ages, and there is no date by which a change would have landed everywhere. Two systems can carry the new version while a third carries the old one.

Waiting is part of it, but not all of it. Old details tend to survive in places nobody maintains any more, a trade directory or a profile set up years ago, and while they survive there they stay findable. Where the new wording goes matters too. A quiet corner of the site is a weaker place for it than a page people actually open.
