# We already corrected our shop's wrong AI description in Dresden once, now something different is there again

A shop in Dresden already reported an incorrect AI description once and, months later, finds a new, again incorrect version.

A few months ago we reported an auto-generated description of our shop in Dresden, since it listed the wrong range of products. The report actually worked back then, the text was removed.

We happened to check again recently. There's an auto-generated text there again, this time with a different, also incorrect description of what we offer.

Does this now need ongoing monitoring, or was the first report simply incomplete?

The first report was likely complete, the issue lies elsewhere. An auto-generated description isn't a one-time decision that stays fixed, it can change again over time as the system finds new sources online or weighs old ones differently.

A documented case confirms exactly this behavior, a business description was corrected and later reappeared in an entirely new, again incorrect form, with nothing having changed on the business's own profile.

Ongoing monitoring makes more sense here than a one-time fix, say reopening your own profile every few months and rereading the description shown. Filling in your own description field yourself remains the most effective protection, since it leaves the AI with nothing to fill in on an ongoing basis.
