We created a separate Google profile for Striesen with its own address, its own phone number and its own photographs. Search for our company name and you almost always get Neustadt only. Photos from Striesen have started appearing in the Neustadt listing, and one customer complained that he drove to the wrong address. If pictures from Striesen are landing in the Neustadt profile, Google has treated the two profiles as one business. Two profiles for two locations is exactly right, and Google in fact requires [one profile per location](https://support.google.com/business/answer/3038177?hl=de). What is prohibited is several profiles for the same thing, and that is evidently what yours was classed as. A [profile flagged as a duplicate is shown neither in Search nor in Maps](https://support.google.com/business/answer/12756178?hl=de), which matches what you are seeing. What triggers this is almost always the same set: an identical name, the same phone number, the same website address with no page of its own. You say the numbers differ, which leaves the name and the landing page. Build Striesen its own page with its own address and opening hours, and point the profile at it. Be careful with the name. An addition such as Studio Striesen is not allowed, [the profile name has to be the real business name](https://support.google.com/business/answer/3038177?hl=de). When two profiles are merged, [the reviews are merged as well](https://support.google.com/business/answer/12756178?hl=de). That sounds harmless and is not: you lose the link between a review and the branch it was written about, and unpicking it afterwards is hard. So when you contact support, state explicitly that you run two separate locations and do not want them combined. The customer who drove to the wrong address is your strongest argument, incidentally.
