# AI Visibility Report

Most people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google before they ever pick up the phone. We run nine of those conversations for you and show you who gets recommended and what the services say about your company.

## AI search visibility

### What a buyer sees when they ask an AI and never open Google

People used to type two keywords and pick something from a list of links. Now they describe their situation and get a finished answer with two or three company names in it. Whether you are one of those names has very little to do with where your website ranks.

We invent three buyers who need exactly what you sell, and hold nine conversations on their behalf with ChatGPT, Gemini and Google. Each conversation runs in a new window, and we stay logged out wherever the service allows it. We never say your company name first. The services have to come up with it themselves.

Then we read all nine conversations against the six stages a buyer goes through: whether you were named unprompted, whether you made the shortlist, whether the service understood what you do, whether it backed that up with evidence, whether you held up once the buyer started doubting, and whether your name was there in the final recommendation. Every stage is marked won, close or lost. You also get a table of the firms that got recommended in the end, with the number of mentions and the reason for each, and a list of everything the services invented about you. Alongside the losses, the report shows what is already working for you.

* Three buyers, nine conversations, in the language your customers use
* Six stages of the buying decision: where your name came up and where a competitor won
* A link you can pass around, no login

No access to your systems needed. We only need your company name, your website address, and the languages your customers search in.

## Three steps

### How it works

#### You send us your website

From it we build three buyers: who they are, what problem they have, and what they will ask, all matched to your industry and the languages your customers use.

#### We talk to ChatGPT, Gemini and Google

Each conversation runs in a new window and goes on as long as a real one would: the buyer digs in, compares suppliers, pushes back and doubts. Your company name never appears in a question.

#### You get the report as a link

It contains the six stages, a separate breakdown for each service, the competitors that got recommended in the end, the invented claims about you, and the conversations in full. The last section is a list of tasks, each one with the moment in the conversation that explains it.

Someone looking for a supplier used to type two keywords, open five results and decide for themselves. Now they describe their situation in full sentences and get back a finished answer with two or three names in it. Often there is no list of links to scroll at all. So a company now has a second question on top of the familiar one about ranking. Does its name come up at all when a buyer asks for advice?

An AI builds those answers from a short list of sources: your website, your Google Business Profile, directories and reviews. The same details decide both whether you show up in an AI overview and whether you appear in an ordinary local result. Contradictions between those sources hurt you in both places. A report like this answers the easy question first. Is your name spoken at all? Then comes the uncomfortable one. Which company was recommended in your place?
