Outside the plan
What's billed separately
The monthly fee covers the team's work within the chosen plan. Costs for ad platforms and other third-party services are billed separately.
Additional costs are agreed in advance. Accounts and contracts with third-party services are set up in the client's own company name wherever possible.
- Ad budget
- Plans for CRM, telephony, and online booking services
- Paid APIs, licenses, SMS, email, and payment-provider fees
- Additional or premium-priced domains
- Third-party production and placements, if needed
- Work beyond the monthly scope, only after separate agreement

The plan sets the scope of work for the month. At the start, we define the first tasks, then the team takes them on one after another. Priorities can be changed as long as work on a task hasn't started yet.

What happens next
We choose the plan
We look at how much scope is needed and which areas should be part of the work.
We gather the first tasks
We determine what needs to be done first and collect the necessary materials and access.
We take tasks into work
The team works through the agreed priorities and delivers finished work as it goes. Smaller changes usually take 2-5 business days once everything needed has been received.
Priorities can be changed
If something more important comes up, the next task in the queue can be swapped within the remaining scope for the month.
We move on to the next month
We review what's been done and set the next tasks. Unused scope doesn't carry over to the next month.
FAQ
What's included in the monthly work
The plan is built for ongoing collaboration, not a one-off order. The team reserves scope for the month in advance and works with one company over an extended period, so there's no need to re-scope a task, assemble a team, and price a standalone project every single time. Ongoing collaboration and a larger scope make the monthly price more cost-effective than ordering the same work from us piece by piece.
A monthly plan suits companies where tasks come up regularly. One month it might be content and advertising, the next it might also include website changes, forms, or a CRM. Instead of a series of separate orders, the company gets a pre-agreed scope of team work for the month.
The price covers the team's work within the scope of the chosen plan. For routine tasks within that scope, there's no need for a separate quote before each piece of work. Ad budget and third-party service costs are billed separately.
No. Each plan comes with a limited monthly scope of content, advertising, website work, and other included areas. The exact scope depends on the plan chosen.
Yes. The next task can be swapped for another if the company's priorities have changed and the monthly scope hasn't been used up yet. If work has already started and the agreed outcome or the logic of the task changes, that change is assessed separately first.
No. Tasks are carried out according to agreed priorities and the team's available capacity. Content can run regularly throughout the month, while website, form, and system changes are handled one after another.
No. Monthly scope is reserved for a specific period and doesn't accumulate. Unused material, team working days, shoot days, and other limits don't carry over to the next month.
New tasks move to the next monthly period or are agreed on separately before work begins. Additional work isn't carried out automatically without agreement.
Domains, working accounts, company data, and material created for the client should stay under the client's control. Third-party services are registered in the client's own company name wherever possible, and the team is given the access needed to do the work.
No. The monthly price covers the team's work on the advertising within the plan, but the money spent on impressions and clicks is billed separately to the ad platform.
For plans that include website and systems work, support can include basic updates, SSL, DNS, backups, monitoring, and fixing issues in systems the team has taken on. Building new features and changing the website's logic count as new work and use the monthly scope.
The contract term and cancellation terms are set out in the agreement. The current plan model has a minimum term of 6 months, after which the collaboration continues on a month-to-month basis, with the option to cancel by giving 14 days' notice before the end of the billing period.
