[Find the right plan ](#form) ## How it works ### Tasks by priority, every month #### Choosing the plan We talk through which areas you need and how much work you expect each month. #### First tasks We start with the tasks that matter most to you and ask for the logins and materials they need. #### Timing Small changes usually take 2-5 working days once we have everything we need. #### Swapping tasks A more important task can take the place of one that hasn't been started yet. If the agreed result of a task in progress changes, the change is assessed separately first. #### End of the month We review what's done and set the tasks for the next month. ## FAQ ### Plans, costs and contract What does the monthly price depend on? On the plan. Each plan sets how many posts, short videos, ad campaigns and team working days a month includes. Who is a monthly plan for? Companies with work coming up every month. One month it's posts and ads. The next, on the plans with website work, it might also be a new form or a CRM connection. Is the work in a plan unlimited? No. The limits are on each plan card. Tasks within those limits need no separate quote. Is the ad budget included in the monthly price? No. You pay the ad budget to Google or Meta directly through your own ad account. Do unused posts and working days carry over to the next month? No. Unused posts and team working days expire at the end of the month. Work delayed on the team's side does not expire. What if the month's scope is used up? New tasks move to the next month, or we agree on them with you before any work starts. Whose name are the domain and accounts registered in? Your company's, wherever possible. The team gets the access it needs for the work. What does technical support for the website include? On Digital Komplett and Digital Komplett Plus, support can cover basic updates, SSL, DNS, backups, monitoring and fixing failures in systems the team has taken over. New features and changes to how the website works are new work and use the plan's working days. How long is the contract and how do I cancel? The minimum term is 6 months. It is meant for companies whose website is already up and running. Digital Komplett costs €1,490 a month and includes everything in Content Betreuung, plus hosting, a domain and technical support for the website and up to 2 team working days a month for the website, contact forms, online booking and connecting a CRM. Digital Komplett Plus costs €2,190 a month and includes everything in Digital Komplett with 20 posts, up to 8 short videos, up to 2 ad campaigns and up to 4 team working days. That way you know the monthly fee for social media management, ad management and website maintenance in advance. The ad budget on Google, Instagram and Facebook is paid separately, as are subscriptions to CRM, telephony and online booking services, paid licences, SMS and email sending, payment provider fees, additional domains, outside production and paid placements. The ad account, the domain and contracts with outside services are registered to the client's company wherever possible. Small changes usually take 2 to 5 working days once everything needed is in.
