Setting Up and Managing Paid Advertising

Within the monthly plan, we prepare ads and creatives, launch the agreed campaign, check on it regularly, and make basic adjustments. The ad budget is billed separately through your company's own account.

Illia BizTech sets up and manages online advertising for companies acquiring customers in Germany. The work can include Meta Ads for Facebook and Instagram, other suitable ad channels, and basic Google Ads campaigns, as long as the task fits within the agreed scope. The team can prepare the campaign structure, ads, copy, images, and video for the advertising, set up geographic targeting, launch the campaign, and manage it over the month. For a local business, advertising can be limited to a specific city, radius, or region within Germany. For a company operating over a wider area, campaigns can be split by region, focus, or offer. Complex performance-marketing systems, large ad infrastructure, and custom analytics setups aren't automatically included in a standard plan and are assessed separately if that kind of need comes up.

Advertising is considered together with the page a person lands on after clicking the ad. If the offer in the ad doesn't match the website, the landing page explains the service poorly, or the form makes it hard to send an inquiry, the team can work on those elements too, in plans that include a website. So a task can involve not just setting up Meta Ads or Google Ads, but also a new ad creative, a dedicated service page, a change to the form, or a technical check of how inquiries get tracked. The ad budget is billed separately and isn't mixed in with the cost of Illia BizTech's work. Where possible, ad accounts are created by, and stay with, the client's own company, so campaign history, audiences, access, and data don't depend on continuing to work with a specific provider. If a company already has advertising running, there's no need to start from scratch — we can first review the existing structure, ads, creatives, geographic targeting, and the page the traffic lands on, and then change only what actually needs work.
