Social media management and content creation for businesses
Social media management includes topic planning, copy, design, short videos, adapting material for the agreed channels, publishing, and basic analytics. We set priorities and content format for the month in advance, so the work runs regularly instead of as a string of disconnected posts.
Social media management is billed as a fixed amount within the chosen monthly plan. The price depends on the available content volume and any other included services — current prices and plan details are on the Pricing page.
One piece of material is one finished topic. That can be a graphic post, a carousel, an image with text, a short video, a simple animated piece, or an informational post.
Yes. One topic can be adapted for several agreed channels and published on each of them. It still counts as one piece of material as long as the meaning and substance of the content don't change.
Each piece of material includes one consolidated round of revisions after feedback is received. Additional versions, new concepts, and further changes after approval are counted separately within the available monthly scope.
Yes. Short videos are part of the agreed monthly content plan within the chosen plan. How often on-site filming happens depends on the plan, and the location, timing, and involvement of staff are agreed in advance.
Yes. In plans that include advertising, content and ad campaigns can run in parallel, so finished copy and creatives can be used for the agreed promotion. The ad budget itself is billed separately.
We first use the scope included in the chosen plan. Extra material can be moved to the next monthly cycle, or agreed on separately in advance if a heavier workload is needed.
Illia BizTech manages social media and regularly prepares content for companies and self-employed professionals working in Germany. Depending on the audience and the goal, that can mean Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other suitable channels. The team takes care of post topics, copywriting, design, carousels, ad creatives, Reels and other short videos, editing, adapting material for different formats, and publishing agreed content. One piece of raw material doesn't have to end up as just one post — footage from a single shoot, for example, can become a short video, a standalone post, and an ad creative, if that fits the monthly plan. At the same time, a company doesn't just get a random string of posts to fill the page. Topics are built around real services, offers, completed work, common customer questions, and what a business actually needs to show its audience.
This works both for companies with already-active accounts and for businesses whose Instagram, Facebook, or other pages have been posted to irregularly for a long time. What's needed from the client is facts about the company, current offers, access, source material, and sign-off on key points. The team then handles preparing topics, copy, visuals, and videos within the agreed monthly scope. For a local business in Germany, content can be tied to real locations, projects, services, and the company's service area — a specific city, district, or federal state. If a company operates across Germany, some material can stay general while other pieces focus on specific services or regions. If needed, content can be prepared from the start with later use in Meta Ads and other ad placements in mind. The work isn't tied to one specific editor, editing program, or way of publishing — whatever tools fit the format, the source material, and the client's channels get used.
