Contact forms can be added or rebuilt. Yes, if its technical setup allows it. We first check what the site is built with and which logins exist. On Digital Komplett and Digital Komplett Plus the technical side then runs through us. If the site goes down or a form stops sending enquiries, we repair it. Sites we built ourselves are covered the same way. How long does a new website take? That depends on the number of pages and features, and a new site often takes several months. We split the work into stages and agree the order up front. If a month's team days run out, the work carries on the next month. How much does a new website cost? Website work is part of Digital Komplett at €1,490 a month and Digital Komplett Plus at €2,190 a month. Both plans also include posts for your social media channels and ad setup. The minimum term is 6 months, and third-party licences and subscriptions are paid separately. Can you add a contact form to our site? Yes. We agree the fields with you and set up where each enquiry goes, for example an email inbox, a CRM or a spreadsheet. How quickly is a small change done? Usually within 2 to 5 working days, once we have access, the text, the photos and your approval. Who is the domain registered to? To your company wherever possible. One domain is included in Digital Komplett and Digital Komplett Plus. Additional and premium domains cost extra. What stays with us if we stop working together? The domain, the logins and the materials made for you stay with your company.
